Data Tracking specialise in the fulfillment of the Stage Three Canvassing requirements imposed upon every Local Authority in regards to the annual electoral register update. Our service is not solely restricted to the period between October and December but we are available to carry out pre/post canvas campaigns at any time of the year to assist Local Authorities in maintaining an up to date and effective Electoral Register.

Since 2008 we have canvassed hundreds of thousands of properties throughout the UK on behalf of many Local Authorities with great success - no matter what the time scale we always aim to exceed the expectations of the Local Authority and in all instances to better the results from the canvassing techniques usually adopted. 70% plus returns are not unusual and in some smaller areas we have managed to achieve a 100% return by undertaking third and forth visits to properties and working effectively at night and weekend as well as during normal working hours.

Our remuneration (and that of our Staff) is partly results based to ensure that everyone is focused on and truly committed to achieving an excellent canvas result. All Staff are encouraged to visit unanswered properties at different times of the day and or on different days including evenings and weekends until the result is obtained.
