Data Tracking aim to provide an efficient and cost effective collection, collation and reporting system for the annual electoral register update. Our main objective when handling the annual electoral register update is of course to obtain as many up to date details from non respondents as possible to ensure the stability of the electoral system in this Country and maintain a smooth democratic

process throughout.


Our primary task is to carry out the work required of us by the Electoral Services Department in as timely and efficient a manner as possible whilst maintaining professionalism and high staffing standards throughout. It is also of paramount importance to us that we do this in the most cost effective manner possible and try wherever we can to prevent wastage and unnecessary

spending by Local Authorities.


During the next three years we will be implementing new processes for Individual Registration and are now keen to start working with Local Authorities that are seeking to get one stage ahead of the IR process by updating their systems and canvassing techniques earlier rather than leaving it until the last minute. We are very keen to try out trail canvassing work with Local Authorities prior to compulsory implementation of IR so that there is a smooth transition in 2015.
