Data Tracking have established links with numerous printers throughout the UK and provide a competitively priced printing service for polling cards and electoral registration forms, the names and addresses for which can be merged with the data provided by the Authority. Due to the sensitive nature of this information signed confidentiality agreements are always enforced between us and our suppliers.

We have agreements with the printers covering quality and timing so that all stage one and two Electoral registration forms are treated with the utmost urgency enabling them to be delivered to the appropriate mailing house for fulfillment within days. The same goes for polling cards where our partners are instructed to print on the day the data/instruction to print is received from the Authority.
